Our terms and policies are simple, here we go:

 

• We sell our journals via Paypal Payments exclusively, so both sides have protection under the Paypal Policies & Terms. 

• We ship all our journals via KazPost with a tracking number, so all orders can be tracked easily. 

• We consider returns & refunds.

We try to ship journals within 1-3 business days, but it can take up to a month to be delivered, so, please, consider this while purchasing.
